PickledBalls (the "App") is operated by 1041Soft. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and the choices you have.
Local-only data. Player names, ratings, notes, schedules, games, and audit logs you create stay on your device in iOS Documents storage. None of it is sent to our servers unless you sign in to PickledBalls and explicitly create or share a session there.
Account data. If you create a PickledBalls account, we store your email (or Apple-relay email), display name, and a hashed password (or Apple identity link). This is the minimum needed to sign you in and route check-in pushes.
Sessions and occurrences. When you create a session on PickledBalls, we store the session template, dated occurrences, roster snapshot, and per-player check-in state on our servers so they can be shared with verified players and routed via APNs.
Push notification tokens. When you enable push notifications, your device's APNs token is stored against your account so the server can deliver check-in reminders. Tokens are cleared on sign-out.
Subscription state. StoreKit verifies subscriptions on your device. We do not store credit card numbers or Apple ID — only the entitlement state (Free / Organizer / Instructor).
PickledBalls is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
