Terms of Service

By using PickledBalls (the "App"), you agree to these terms. The App is provided by 1041Soft.

The service

PickledBalls is a session-management tool for pickleball and racquet-sport instructors and organizers, with optional cloud sync via PickledBalls. Some features are free; others require a subscription.

Subscriptions

Organizer ($1.99/month) and Instructor ($5.99/month) are auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple.
The Instructor plan includes a one-month free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. No partial refunds are issued for cancelled-mid-period subscriptions.
Prices are quoted in USD and may vary by region per Apple's local pricing.

Beta period

PickledBalls is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Subscription pricing may change at the end of beta. Your continued use after a change indicates acceptance.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter (player ratings, schedules, scores).
You must have permission from each player you add to your roster.
You must not use the App to harass, deceive, or impersonate others.
You must not attempt to bypass subscription gating, reverse-engineer the App, or access non-public server endpoints.

Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1041Soft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim.

Apple's Standard EULA

To the extent there is any conflict between these terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, Apple's terms apply for App Store distribution matters.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the App. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance.
